From launch request to the first document.
Online signup is not enabled yet. Request access and we will confirm the launch path in writing.
Choose Core.
Select the enabled driver quantity and confirm the published monthly charge.
Confirm the account.
Confirm the business, administrator, launch timing, and payment steps with support.
Activate the account.
After payment confirmation, the primary administrator receives the Docket activation steps.
Invite the team.
Add office and driver users, then begin the Core capture, review, and delivery workflow.
Integrations, migrations, custom destinations, and additional workflows remain separately scoped and confirmed in writing.

What does the public subscription include?
Docket Core includes the driver document workflow, the office review dashboard, and the user allowances shown in the Core pricing card above.
Is there a trial or automatic discount?
No. There is no public free trial, promotion code, or automatic discount. Any customer-specific discount must be separately approved and recorded in writing.
Are Axon, TMS, accounting, or ERP integrations included?
No. Integrations, migrations, custom destinations, automation, and on-site work are scoped and priced separately.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Docket Core renews monthly. Cancel before renewal and access continues through the paid period. Partial-period refunds are not normally provided except to correct a billing error or where required by law.
Does submitting the contact form create an account?
No. The contact form creates an inquiry only. A Docket account is created through the separate online signup and Stripe checkout flow when that flow is enabled.
How are private discounts handled?
Approved discounts may be applied privately to a specific customer. They do not change the public price or create a general promotion available to other customers.
