Docket Core
Docket Core is month-to-month and renews automatically until cancelled. If a Stripe customer portal is available for the account, cancellation may be submitted there; otherwise contact support before the next renewal date. A request received after renewal may take effect at the end of the new paid period.
What happens after cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Docket access normally continues through the already-paid billing period and then closes. Charges for a started period are not normally prorated or refunded except for a confirmed billing error or where required by law. Failed payment, misuse, security risk, or legal requirements may result in earlier restriction under the Terms.
Seat changes are not cancellation
Reducing enabled driver accounts changes the subscription quantity rather than cancelling the subscription. Contact support before renewal to request a quantity change and receive confirmation of when the new quantity and price will apply.
Customer records
Customers should arrange any permitted export or transition needs before access ends. Retention and deletion follow the Terms, Privacy Notice, the applicable written agreement, and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Consulting and custom work
The cancellation and notice terms in the accepted engagement, proposal, or custom-work agreement control. Work already completed, work reasonably committed before the request, and approved third-party costs remain payable unless the applicable written agreement or law requires otherwise.
How to request cancellation
Email support with the customer or company name and the service or product involved. We will confirm the request and identify the effective date, any remaining access or work, and any amount governed by the applicable terms.
